When
will I receive my order?
Your
order will ship within 24-48 hours after your order is placed (weekends
and holidays excluded. Orders placed after 10am will be processed
the following business day). This time
is necessary for production of your order. Non-paper items (such
as mugs and shirts may take longer). We then ship via UPS ground
unless otherwise specified, which
typically takes 2-3 days.
How
much is shipping?
Shipping
prices may vary depending on weight of item purchased. Exact cost
of shipping is shown at the end of your order during checkout. Please
note that international
deliveries may exceed cost of shipping shown during checkout.
When
do I receive my discount? (Click

Thanks
to our low overhead, we practically always have a sale. Any discounts
we advertise will be figured into the price at the end of checkout
when you are shown an itemized list of your order.
Do
all invitations come with double envelopes?
Yes.
They all come with an outer and inner envelope. The inner envelope
can also be ordered with a liner (lined envelopes are lined with
foil for presentation).
Can
I make changes to my order once it is place?
Yes,
but only if you contact us within 24 hours.. We have a very streamlined
process where once you place the order, it almost immediately goes
into the production process. Once your order is actually produced,
changes may not be made without extra charges.
What
if there is a mistake on my order?
If
there is a mistake on your order which we made, we will gladly replace
your order or refund your money! Please remember to proof all orders
carefully before placing them. If an order has a mistake made by
you, we will re-run the job for you at a discount, but refunds cannot
be made.
I
can't see my proof - I receive a message which says "Servers
are busy"
Due
to the sudden popularity of our site and it's great deals, our servers
are occasionally overloaded, and cannot process your proof. If this
happens to you, you may still complete the order, but unfortunately
will not be able to view a live proof without starting over. We
are currently working to add more powerful servers.
ID
Codes, Special Discounts, Gift Certificates, Rebates
If
you receive a promotional code for special discounts or gift certificates,
you will enter them in the ID Code Field when asked for your
shipping information. Click
here to see a picture. Due to system limitations
we must manually apply your discount, therefore your order will
not immediately reflect discounts from these codes. A valid credit
card must be entered to process your order (regardless of the amount
of discount or gift certificate. This is for security/verification
purposes). Your order will then be sent directly to our processing
department where our staff will note the discount code and apply
it towards your order. You will then receive an email reflecting
your new total.
